Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] points are exactly the same as money! I reserved a room that was smoking correct but that doesn’t mean smoking illegal drugs mirajuana etc! And the bathroom door being broke to the point we couldn’t close it and had to lift it? The hotel is a disgrace!
Ref: Response to the Letter dated 2/11/18Customer Name: [redacted] First, I want to make it clear that all days Inn are owned by different individuals. Days Inn Pittsburgh Airport is owned by Airport Lodging Inc. and is not related to Days Inn Columbus Airport.Secondly, the guest Ms, [redacted] ... reserved the room only for one night by using her Wyndham reward points. Her credit card was not charged for anything. See the receipt/invoice/foilo attached.Third, Guest reserved the smoking room and smoking rooms are the rooms used by people who are heavy smoker. So, they will smell like smoking. We have someone in the lobby 24/7 to take care of guest concern/issues, I wish if Ms [redacted] notified front desk of any issues/concerns, we have taken care of ail them while she was staying here. We do apologize for any inconvenience she had during her stay. Please contact me or email me for any more questions or information.Thanks.Sincerely,(Asha S***)Asst. GMDated: Feb 21, 201S
