Days Inn - Pittsburgh West

Review: While staying at the hilltop inn the power went out twice for about a half hour each time. Looked like blood or drink stain on ceiling. Sheets had stains when something was said

The lady said that they where new. Had to call and say something about the next room. They said they called but it didn't change a thing. They say free cable tv with HBO. HBO didn't work just like half the other channels. And fox had no sound at all. Had to ask for a pillow and an ashtray. Bathroom was dirty tub needs chalking. Looks like there is growing where the calking should be. fan on bathroom didn't work and door to the room sticks and I had to use my body force to open it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund due to all the problems and the clerks are very unprofessional. I would never stay there again. If I would have had my chemo today I would have missed it due to the two power outages. They say offer free breakfast yet the toaster don't work and toast is pretty much all they have. They do false advertisement with saying cable tv and HBO when there is none.
