We did have reservation made for Aug*, When the guest did not check in as per out policy we do charge for the first nights room
plus taxes to the credit card on fileFor the error in date of reservation we do send a confirmation email to each geust at teh time of reservation that does list the date of arrivalAs for the cancellation request for the reservation we do always provide a cancellation number to the guest at the time of cancellation and we do always send a cancellation e-mail for our guests recordsWe do have a correct e-mail address on file that the guest would have received a cancellation letter at if they did cancel with the hotel

Review: I have been charged on my credit card for a stay at this establishment. I made a reservation for Aug * for a family reunion. I cancelled the reservation and was charged anyway and for a date of aug [redacted]. So they had the wrong date to begin with, for some reason. They put it down as a "no show".Desired Settlement: Refund

The business has responded. Please see below:We did have reservation made for Aug. *, 2015.
