I have received the letter of complaint from *** *** on the Day Inn We currently are using a local pest control company *** that we do a monthly service and had the techinican inspect the room and found not traces of spiders Also myself and maintenance staff inspected the room and the shower curtain and found that it was in proper working order and also the lamp cords were all intacted We take all complaints seriously about the safety of our customers The guest is wanting a refund but booked through a third party site Expedia which the guest will have to contact them to receive the refund I will refund Expedia's credit card on my end and notify them that the guest is seeking compensationPlease feel free to contact me directly with any further questioons you may have concerning this complaint ***
