I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not pleased with the response the business gave None of the complaints were embellished at all If anything it would be the oppositeAfter sending my complaint I reviewed online reviews where the male worker was complained about by several reviews about his total rude behavior Also I would not expect the business or worker to admit to the drugs allegation as that is against the law and would get them in serious trouble I am also 100% disabled I am not in a wheelchair but that does not make a difference and I told the worker I was disabled and he saw me trying to pick up my plate when he ordered me to take it upstairs and I was not able to He was standing right over me So sorry but they are not admitting to the seriousness of this issue and I hope the others that have given horrid reviews would put them on Revdex.com also Thank you for your actions and corespondence in this matterRegards, [redacted] ***

Again, we are very sensitive to our guest's complaint and do not wish to diminish her situation or her experience at our property in any wayHowever, we used the term 'embellished' because even in her latest response, she stated that she was '100% disabled'We have taken all the proper steps to discipline and retrain the employees involved in accordance with our Days Inn Schenectady Customer Service policyAccording to our guidelines, they will be discharged if further incidents occurAs stated in our original response, we do not tolerate this behavior with any of our employees, but we do have measures in place to handle the disciplinary aspect without termination for a first offenseWe are also bound to state and federal rules for employment/discharge

If she thinks she's getting an apology or any type of refund from us, she's crazier than this complaint she lodgedI stand by everything in my e-mail to her, as I have researched this case extensively and was witness to the breakfast ordealShe is a racist, by her own commentsThe only truthful statement in her complaint was that she was sharing a room with her year old friend and year old daughterThis is why our staff found it so pathetic that middle aged women would leave a hotel room in such a shambles after only one nightThe fact that, in her e-mail response to me, she pretended to be a devout person of religion in order to mask her prejudices, was particularly disturbing to meIf you give this lady's complaint one iota of credibility, she will have duped the Revdex.com as she has tried to do to us Robert

Both employees involved in this case have been questioned extensivelyAlthough they do admit this situation should have been handled differently, they maintain that this complaint is embellished, especially about the drugs and the severity of the guest's disabilityNonetheless, both employees have
been reprimanded, placed on a day probation and are currently attending additional sensitivity training in accordance with the Days Inn Schenectady Customer Service policyWe at Days Inn Schenectady do not and will never condone this type of behavior from any of our employees and will continue to work aggressively to prevent any future occurrences such as thisWe maintain high customer service standards and strive everyday to make our guests as comfortable as possible This was an isolated incident, but we are taking it very seriously

statement in her complaint was that she was sharing a room with her 52 year old friend and 44 year old daughter. This is why our staff found it so pathetic that 3 middle aged women would leave a hotel room in such a shambles after only one night. The fact that, in her e-mail response to me, she pretended to be a devout person of religion in order to mask her prejudices, was particularly disturbing to me. If you give this lady's complaint one iota of credibility, she will have duped the Revdex.com as she has tried to do to us.  Robert.
