These rooms were reserved through [redacted]. That means [redacted] charges customers credit card. A representative from [redacted] called us to cancel these reservations, because they were booked at the wrong location. We received a fax for cancellation...

from [redacted] and we cancelled the reservations and did not charge anything to [redacted] should refund the guests credit card, because the guests credit card was charged by [redacted].

The first response was aggressive: 1. no 2. prove to us you stayed somewhere else. They requested a fax of another reservation confirmation. I just want to warn the public to be careful in dealing with this Days Inn South, Springfield, Il.
My interactions with them were delayed and difficult. I would not use them in the future. I do not trust them.
