guest only stated that she feel itchy, does not know what it is and never mention the outfitmanager offered one night money back and was going to refund to price line, but by guest request, she wanted the first night back because she paid by card at a higher rate, manager oked with it and give her the cash back to her card on guest is happy with the solutiondays later after she checked outshe sent email to manager saying that she wanted all her money back for the extended stay she was having, manager refer her to the hotel insurance company to file her claiminsurance company denied her file due to the reason that she had no evidence to prove what she was trying to claimguest called *** Hotel group customer service, guest got points which triple or quadruple the value than the $she claimed (See *** file)Guest called Ohio Attorney after she got points and claimed again for $hotel manager had the case closed simply by sending those file in(see report)Guest called health deptand had state fire marshal to check the roomplease see inspection report from state fire marshal which is clearly states = No bed bug activity foundPlease close the case for me thank you.General ManagerZ***

Revdex.com:I contacted the attorney general the same day I filed the complaint with Revdex.com. I contacted MR. Z[redacted] a week After my stay not 27 days as he indicated. I also did contact the corporate office at Days INN. They offered 30000 points for a hotel stay which is the eqviulant of the 150.00 that I originally asked for. I will be contacting the attorney generals office again. The sanitation at this facility should be looked into. I also called the health department. The Revdex.com can close this claim.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
