Guest was told he could use a credit card anytime to pay for his stay but he needs to have the card on him to which the guest himself responded saying he would pay cashGuest would repeatedly show up at the front desk all through night asking to charge the card which would get declined multiple times and would again come back saying it would work a later timeGuest was also repeatedly advised not to slam doors and not to be loud in the hallwaysGuest was found entering into other room which was not occupied, trying to grab light lamps and lamp shades from the other roomGuest would constantly be in and out of the room, slamming room doors as well as hallway doors very loud making it very uncomfortable for other guests staying Front desk received several complaints on the night before the guest was asked to check outFront desk never said anything about touching belongings of the guestGuest asked for a cash refund to which he was told refund will be posted to the card which was charged and was done accordinglyWe had another guest who checked out within few hours of check in because of the loud slamming of doors and stomping in hallways on top floor and the same message was conveyed to guestupon being informed that he had to check out, Guest threatened the front desk he would get them fired to which they responded saying they would have to call the cops if he did not check out before the check out time
