Review: I wanted to let you know about my recent experience at the Days Inn at [redacted].

I booked two rooms through [redacted] They asked me how many people I had in my party and I typed in 9 and then they asked their ages which I also supplied. I had three adults, two teenagers, 3 kids and an infant.

I drove with my kids from [redacted] to [redacted] and when I arrived I was told that 9 people would have to sleep in two King beds. I explained that I had booked via [redacted] and showed the lady at the desk my receipt. She said that she would have to charge me $69 a night to “upgrade” to two rooms with two queen sized beds. I was tired and angry and tried to explain to her that I had pre paid the rooms. She then called [redacted] and put me on the phone with them. [redacted] blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed [redacted] for the mistake and NO ONE would take any responsibility.

She then called the manager who told her to charge me $50 a night. I decided to pay since I couldn’t tell 7 kids that we had to go home and not go to [redacted] because we didn’t have anywhere to stay. I was furious, of course, but decided to deal with it when I got home.

Also, my kids and I went to the pool. It was frigid, like ice water. When my 14 year old went to the front desk to ask for towels the lady would only give her two. I had 7 freezing kids and I couldn’t leave them at the pool to go deal with it myself for safety reasons.

Days Inn really ruined our vacation and I will never stay at one again and I will be calling the Revdex.com and the Attorney General.

When I got home, imagine my surprise to find two separate charges on my credit card for $229 each. Which means that I was not charged the $50 a night but $114.50. I contested the charges with [redacted].

The one light of the hotel was the cleaning ladies, they went out of their way to be sweet and helpful.Desired Settlement: I want a total refund of the $458 that they stole.
