The absolute worst company ive ever dealt with. They refused to install when everything was ready and cost us thousands in unnecessary heating costs. Still having issues with system over a year later. Holes left open all over our main run and cold air return run. No duct tape was used at any joint and all cold air return grilles are too small for the system, causing terrible whistling sound. Worst experience out of all the companies we have used.

Today, (Saturday, 7/23/16) the humidity and high temps are almost unbearable. My elderly mom lives in an attached apt. type house to our house. She has air conditioning, but it was failing. She was getting sick and having problems with her head and chest. I called Custom Comfort and even thought they aren't supposed to have working hours on the weekend, they came as soon as possible. Karen is the tech who came. She fixed it and was so kind and understanding to my mom. She was exceptional. I appreciate it so much. I know my mom did too. Being a caretaker for mom, Custom Comfort was a very very positive help for us. Thank you Karen, Mike and Custom Comfort.
