This is a customer who ordered product from Dayton Bag and Burlap's Dayton *** location, not DBB's Northeast location but we worked with the customer to resolve this matterCustomer was shipped wrong amount of product with original order.We offered to pick up the product several times but customer wanted to re-sell product and chose to keep itCustomer still owed for the product and was charged for it After several phone calls with customer, the issue has been resolved in the following manner: Customer was given the product at a reduced price and shipping charges were waivedCustomers credit card information has been deletedFollowed up with customer and he was satisfied

After several phone calls with customer, the issue has been resolved in the following manner:
Customer was given the product at a reduced price and shipping charges were waived.
Customers credit card information has been deleted.
Followed up with customer and he was satisfied.

Review: The company shipped the wrong order to us and while we were trying to get it resolved and returned they illegally used our credit card from a previous transaction. I cannot get a call returned by anyone for the past 2 months.

Tried reaching the President [redacted] and he was demeaning and not helpful!!!!

I have disputed the charge on the credit card and asked Dayton to arrange for the pickup of the wrong items!Desired Settlement: Professionally stop abusing our credit card information and also delete the credit card information they have illegally saved in their files.
