closing on her home. She contacted us around 11:a.mApril inquiring as to if we would be returning later this same day. We did send a delivery team that afternoon and made the delivery. Please see the documents attached showing a signature of the party at the home at the time of delivery. We have confirmed with the delivery team the merchandise Ms*** selected was delivered to the address on her Revdex.com complaint. This address also matches the address on the delivery tickets. We apologize if the customer felt as though they were inconvenienced during their shopping experience. The [redacted] did shop with us on 8/27/15 and selected a mattress and adjustable bases. At the time of purchase they signed the 60 Day Sleep comfort Guaranty, of which I have...
attached. This explains the guarantee and 90% credit to reselect. This credit takes into consideration a 10% handling fee. We do offer delivery on a charge basis; however, the [redacted]' elected to pick up the mattress set on 8/31/15. When the mattress seemed firmer than initially wanted, the customer came into the store and met with the sales person to reselect. It is my understanding from the sales associate, they recalled signing the Sleep comfort form; although, they did feel a fee should not be withheld from the credit due to all the inconvenience. After they left the store upset the sales associate and his sales manager met with the store manager and he agreed to waive the fee as a one time courtesy. At this point the sales associate contacted the customer to advise. The customer returned the mattress they felt was too firm and selected another utilizing their one time sleep comfort guarantee. All transactions were handled and issue resolved on 10/23/15. We very much appreciate the [redacted]' purchase and do hope they are happy with their latest mattress. I am rejecting this response because: ,Hi this email is in reference to the issue. No one was at my home at the time the company attempted to re deliver. I had no knowledge that the re deliver was done because from my understanding they couldn't do it that day. I'm not sure who they got to sign for the items because no one was at my home. I'm not familiar with the signature of the paper and it's definitely not mine. Not sure of who or where they delivered the items but they are not at my home. If I need to contact the CEO of the company let them know I will. I will not be responsible for something that I do not have. Thanks
