The first item was sold and we previously proved it [redacted] was the fifth person to purchase the same item so even if we did award the second item at the lower price, [redacted] would not have been eligible to purchase it [redacted] refuses to address that cogent point in his original complaint and in his responseIf he writes a third message, I am asking him how he would expect me to have five autographed Carrie Fisher [redacted] --And why he should have jumped up ahead of three other people who purchased the second [redacted] before he didAs indicated previously, our Yahoo Web site does not automatically delete an item when sold We must manually delete and then publish the deletion which takes hoursIn addition to that, we have a disclaimer on our site which addresses this scenario on our 'About Us

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I went back to their web sight, they increased the price of the item after cancelling my order When I contacted the seller they acknowledged there was more than one copy but refused to sell additional copies they had for the listed price I have their response and they admitted they had more than one copy If they claim to had only one copy then why do they have another after they raised their price??? I am rejecting this response because: Business changed the wording on their web site to reflect a disclaimer. Prior to filing a complaint the wording now listed was NOT thereI looked for any wording if this business could cancel a sale and I found nothing as I READ all pages on their web site including the first disclaimer prior to changesThis complaint will remain as business admits to having other copies in their possession and NOT awarding the other customers the original price even prior to their increase. I find this business subprofessional in their business practices. If I were the third, forth or one hundredth in line for the magazine, then they should have given all those who ordered one the opportunity for purchase and NOT profit as they wish to do with their increase. MY FILING REMAINS!
