I am still dissatisfied with the business and believe the quality of work and customer service is still way below standard. However it is time to put this behind us, as long as the work is completed as promised I will consider this matter closed.

I have giving the customer a call today. We have been having trouble with our entry door suppliers on getting a superior product. His door has been sent to us twice but after inspection we sent doors back . We have struck a deal with a new door supplier but all administrative work will not be...

finished until Jan 1st. At that time we will start ordering all of our doors. I apologize for the lack of communication with customer and would be willing to refund the price of the door, or if he can wait we would be willing to reduce the price of the door for any inconvenience he has experienced. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with the time period it would take to have windows scheduled and installed. Our...

contract states that the windows normally take 4 to 6 weeks to come in from time they are ordered. At that time we call customer to set time for installation. In our conversation on the phone today we were able to come to a mutual agreement to resolve this complaint. We have set a install Date for Friday the 7th, and agreed on financial compensation to resolve issues.Again we would like to say we are sorry to have caused any inconvenience to our Customer.Thank You,[redacted]Window World of Indianapolis
