I received Tom Buzzard Co's information from someone who had never dealt with them directly but had heard nothing but good things about them. Tom is a friendly outgoing guy who gladly stopped by to look at my roof and give me his assessment. He was straight forward, honest, and friendly.
Tom took down some measurements and told me he'd get a quote to me. I quickly received a detailed quote with a very reasonable price. I gave the go ahead to him then picked out the tiles I wanted to get.
On the day of installation, the tiles were delivered and the workers arrived. The crew was very professional and they knew exactly what to do clean off the old shingles, repair some damage, then install the new ones.
I'm only a couple weeks into the installation but I'm extremely happy with the installation and my experience with everyone at Tom Buzzard Co.
Tom Buzzard and Company did an excellent job replacing a roof that had been previously installed incorrectlry by an other roofing company. His team was organized, efficent and provided complete roofing services, incuding the entire replacement of a screen porch ceiling and roof. Tom had great expertise on the installation of the roof and was able to provide timely status and updates on the progress of the work as it was completed.
From the start with the estimate through the completion of the job, I was pleased with everyone involved. Everyone was courteous and professional. They arrived ready to work and went about their jobs as a well trained team.
They had to work around rain storms, freezing cold, and had to complete before a snow/sleet storm. During all of that, the roof was completely covered to keep everything dry. The cleanup was complete and thorough.
During the work it was noticed that we need addition ridge vents, and they were installed. Any time a change in the plan was necessary, we were kept informed.
We had just had new siding and gutters installed. The crew made sure that noting as damaged.
