Horrible Customer Service
I spoke with Ms. Silvia Schaefer on August 15, 2023 and today August 16, 2023. She sent me photos, video, and was communicating with me very effectively. Our interaction started out great! I informed her I wanted purchase the car. We negotiated price, she even researched a great warranty package and we made a made a deal for what I would pay for the car. I ran my credit, secured financing, provided her a date of August 21, 2023 to fly from Colorado to El Paso, Texas in person to provide payment, and even offered a deposit. Her response was I cannot hold the car, if someone else comes in and buys it, I will let you know. I said I and working with you to fly there and after I have done all of these things to show you in good faith I am coming to buy the car, you are telling me, there is no guarantee someone else can't buy the car from under me. She said no, there are other sales people. I offered her a deposit again and she said no. Her reasoning was about all of the scams and calls she has received (This has nothing to do with me), and she cannot guarantee anything over the phone. I informed her I am doing the same thing by offering a deposit which initially, she said was non-refundable but now is saying no. I went above and beyond to work with Ms. Schaefer to purchase this car and needing her to hold the car for less than four business days. HORRIBLE customer service Ms. Schaefer! I said I am about to buy an airplane ticket to fly there and you cannot hold the car for me even when I offered to give a deposit again. I am so disappointed because I really wanted this car, a white 2011 Subaru WRX. Ms. Schaefer you said you are trying to grow your business. Because you wasted my time, and because of you saying and working with me to deal on pricing of the car, I ran my credit. Now there is cashier's check sitting at my credit union because I took what you said as your word and made a deal with you over the phone which you would not reciprocate. I am posting this review on every site possible because what you did was NOT AT ALL good business. HORRIBLE customer service Ms. Schaefer! I am 99-9% certain, no scammer is going to take the time to waste their time to write a review this detailed, so please know I am real and I was going to fly there and buy the car. Please reflect on this and I do apologize for hanging up on you but I allowed my disappointment, anger, and frustration with you win. Rodney Reed

This morning, I decided it was better to visit and try to resolve the issue face to face. The salesman this morning, ***, was aware of the problem, and we were able to resolve the complaint. I want to thank the Revdex.com for their help, and *** *** for his offer which I have now accepted. He offered complete replacement of the merchandise and upon seeing it, I agreed. Thank you both. To Whom it may concern,We apologize for the inconvenience with the missing pieces our client needed. Unfortunately this material was clearance, and was special ordered for the client to begin with. However, I would like to offer a resolution. We have another color in this series that is almost...

identical to the color the customer purchased. It is normally more than double the price, however we are willing to give the client the same price she has already paid for the clearance material. This color is current and all wall tile, trims, and decors are in stock with no wait time. The item is Santa Fe Cream. Once again sorry for the inconvenience. I am hoping this will take care of the issue.
