Horrible dealer with a crooked sales team! Paid $17xx for a extended warranty in January of I was adamant that I get the y.e.s plan (Yamaha extended service) only it said on my paperwork extended warranty nothing else no company nameWhen I went in to another dealer for service I found out that Yamaha does not have me listed for extended warranty I called Speednation and they informed me that I had been sold another after market warranty without my knowledge I contacted Yamaha Corpthey instructed me to get with the dealer and let them make it right being as I did not approve the purchase and what they sold me I not as good and is twice the price of yamahasAfter my first call they said they would look into it and call me back now it's over a month later I've left multiple messages and no return calls they are completely dodging meSpeednation powersports are scam artists I've had many more problems other then just this since my purchase take your business to a reputable dealer!
Purchased a new jet ski from this company and received horrible customer service throughout the entire processI specifically asked about gas when purchasing the JetSki and wanted to make sure that the tank would be full when the Jetski was deliveredNick, the manager assured me that the Jetski would be cleaned and the tank would be full upon deliveryMyself and a neighbor put the jet ski in the water after delivery and after I was pushed out, the ski wouldn’t start because the tank was completely dryDuring delivery of the ski, I verified that there was indeed gas in the tank or else I would have checked myselfI had to jump off and swim the ski to shore in freezing spring water, load it back up, pay for gas, then start the process completely over againI alerted Nick the manager of Speed nation Powersports to the situation and he promised to send a $gas card to replace the gas that should have been in my tankThe gas card never cameTo make a long story of sarcastic and ru
