This company customers service is horrible. I called several numbers including the number on their site and the number given by a Walmart.com rep, pressed EVERY phone option available and it hangs up on you after 8 minutes. I tried the chat option on their site and it says no agents available so you have to submit a written request. I will say thou I did get a response right away. The email specifically states the order will be fulfilled and delivered by Amazon and to contact Amazon directly. Amazon.com CAN NOT help you with an order not placed on their site. The order number for orders placed on order sites isn't viewable thru Amazon. You get the run around when dealing with this company and can NOT speak to a customer service rep about your order. Would NOT recommend anyone place an order on their site unless you don't care about when it's coming in, not interested in speaking with customer service about your order or don't mind getting the run around.
