This company customers service is horribleI called several numbers including the number on their site and the number given by a Walmart.com rep, pressed EVERY phone option available and it hangs up on you after minutesI tried the chat option on their site and it says no agents available so you have to submit a written requestI will say thou I did get a response right awayThe email specifically states the order will be fulfilled and delivered by Amazon and to contact Amazon directlyAmazon.com CAN NOT help you with an order not placed on their siteThe order number for orders placed on order sites isn't viewable thru AmazonYou get the run around when dealing with this company and can NOT speak to a customer service rep about your orderWould NOT recommend anyone place an order on their site unless you don't care about when it's coming in, not interested in speaking with customer service about your order or don't mind getting the run around
