Hello Revdex.com,I am responding to the client complaintI am the business owner and make the final decisions on how my business is handledListening or recording any of my crew members or anyone else states is irrelevantThe business is in my name and I make the final decisions on how I choose to run my businessThe statement from my husband or anyone else is irrelevant in this caseThe client does not want to resolve anything and will refuse anything I do or say to try to resolve the issueI refuse to continue to go back and forth and she is more than welcome to do whatever she sees fit to resolve her issueLike I stated before my husband was backed in a corner and I was threatenedI refuse to provide a service to someone who can't even handle things or talk to me in a decent mannerShe has been using Facebook to bully my personal page as well as my business pageShe has been taking my personal photos of my husband and I and re-posting them to tarnish my name and businessShe has been contacting my friends and family asking for my personal information and my husbands personal information like where he works and livesShe has also been trying to use the fact that the child is disable as her crutch to make people feel sorry for herI have done everything in my power to resolve this issue and my team member has also contacted her to do the ***eNo matter what is offered she is not willing to accept anything but what she has made up in her mind aboutI would not speak of being threatened if I was not threatenedI'm unsure what to do to resolve her issue that best fits everyoneI refuse to give her what she is asking forLike I stated she ate the cake, used candy buffet, party favors, serving equipment, table cloths, plates, silverware, napkins, cups, drink dispenser, over 200+ balloons, helium tank, ribbon, confetti, balloon weights, personalized banner, personalized Hershey candy bar labels with candy bars, personalized water bottles, invitations, ink and paper for printing the banner and personalized itemsThe client was able to use all of that and would have had more if she would have threatened me and ruin her own event in front of her guestThe client was informed that I do not do food because I do not have license to cater foodI advised client that I would provide crock pots or serving spoons with gloves and serve food for herIt does not state in her contract that I cook or complete her food for herIt's only agree to serve the food to her guestShe is also stating that she wants a refund for pizza and other things that her guest decided to purchase on their ownThat was their personal decision to purchase pizzaLike I stated before I am willing to refund her for the t shirts $and the cupcakes $and even willing to refund her on the cake that she did get and they did eatthe entire $which is a total of $ Thank You,Jaquetta [redacted] (713)[email protected]

I was hired by [redacted] to to Decorate, plan organize, t shirt, music, cake, and cupcakes for ***'s 10th birthday I explained to client that takes hrs of setup timeClient explained venue only allows hour of setup timeShe stated that "people;e never show up on time so its ok if your not ready by she also stated she would show up late as well" The client asked if my business makes t shirts my answer was of course yes because we doI made the t shirts and due some some difficulties I explained to the customer that I had to make some changes so that it looks presentable and nicecustomer did not like that and had an attitude from then onShe was very rude and nasty but I apologized and agreed to add more into her party package to compensate for the t shirts since she did not like themI added a balloon photo frame which it value of $I got to ***s to pick up the cake which was $The cake looked rushed and not the way I designed it so the store m manager gave me 50% off the cake so I only paid $for the cake It did take a lot more balloons and time to create so took a lot longer to put balloons and setup together to compensate for the customer and her t shirtscustomer stated party was devastating before she even got to the party so her expectations where coming in that she was not going to be satisfiedI had people helping setup and that is my usual count of people I use for all eventsI wore my DAZZLELYNN MOMENTS t shirts and some sweat pants like always so that I am comfortable to move around for the eventMy hair was pulled in a ponytail I was unable to go to the beauty shop to get my hair done and have curls etc due to trying to get balloons, cupcakes made and etc together for the event The customer came in rude and with an attitudeMy crew and I still stayed tried to remain professional and just get the party complete and try to make the mood better and tried to complete the setupThere were a few bumps with not being able to drop stuff off or come early to setupI asked [redacted] if I was able to drop stuff off so I can make several loads back to my storage to get all her stuffI had car loads of thingsShe stated to me on my way to the venue that we were only going to have minutes to setupI explained that would not be enough time and I needed at least an hour to get things in thereShe contacted the venue lady and she went ahead and came in so that I can have time to setup I had to go to the store and purchase things with my money for the things that I left at homeThe client tried to explain her concerns in front of her guest and allowed her guest to also jump in and explain their emotionsShe stated to me "Take the scissors and slit your throat" after hearing her and her guest curse at me and my crew I decided to refuse service due to them threatening and inappropriate language so I decided to leave since they were not trying to handle the situation in a professional or reasonable mannerMyself and my crew started to feel uncomfortable and unsafeThey were very rude and disrespectful and things could have deferentially been handled in a more professional mannerThe customer was able to use my crock pots, drink dispenser, all her plates, cups, forks, napkins, favor bags, candy buffet, candy bags, cake, cupcakes, serving spoons etc, balloons for balloon arch for candy buffet and balloon columns and balloon frameI tried contacting the customer to apologize on top of all the apologies that I have already given for everything that she was feeling going wrongThe customer refused to hear anything and I even had another one of my staff members to contact her to try to resolve the issueThe customer still refuses to resolve anythingI agree to refund her the amount for the T shirts $the cake $and the cupcakes $30= $I will place a money order in the mail since we are unable to come to a resolution and resolve the issue in person

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint This young lady has provided untrue information from beginning to end Per the co tract she only had minutes and it is in writing She had over hours and did not complete the job and breached her contract I have never threatened her and I have video to show proof of her lies As well as her own husband stating she could not handle the job and they would issue a full refund in hours
