Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Unfortunately, I did not see this email until today 6/*/ re:( ID# [redacted] ) [redacted] said to us that the candle light display was for rent She never said that She said the piece was $and if we wanted our daughter's name in glitter it would be $ If she attached the correct proposal you will see that the product of the display doesn't mention anywhere that it is for rent Furthermore, my daughter did not start jumping up and down as [redacted] claims The store has video cameras, request for that day's video and you can see that my daughter is not jumping up and downFurthermore after I googled reviews for this company I came across many reviews of many unsatisfied customers of whom one of them documented that a plexiglass display for a [redacted] & [redacted] wedding was for rental of $with a security of $ Amongst these complaints there are others such as hidden charges [redacted] said the display was for $and our credit card came with a $charge the website with all these negative reviews is called [redacted] in case you want to verify my claims Feel free to [redacted] these reviews thank you [redacted]
