Review: I placed an order online with Dazzling Divas Boutique on May *, 2014, I was told I would receive my order in 6 weeks, after many contacts with her and many excuses I finally received part of my order on August **, 2014...Some of the clothing items were not the size I ordered they were too small and I messaged her asking if I could exchange them for the right size and also when I would receive the rest of my order, she replied with a message she would let me know on August **, 2014, she has not sent a reply and she also deleted me from her online [redacted] page, I might add I have seen other women post comments on her page concerning their messages she has not replied to!! I have not received the rest of my order and she has not issued a refund, my order was paid thru [redacted] and she knows I can't file a complaint with [redacted] after 45 days!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the items I have not recieved

Review: I ordered a Minnie Mouse hoodie size 18 month on Nov [redacted] 2014 for my daughter to wear to Disney world.. I never received my hoodie.. I contacted the [redacted] and she said she would refund my money on Dec [redacted] 2014 And she hasn't.. I have contacted the [redacted] several times and she will not return my messages or texts. She has blocked me from the boutiques [redacted] page as well. I just want my refund as promised by the [redacted].. I have all the text saying she would and also have a copy of the order tracking from their website which says shipping n/a and order on status.. I looked it up in Nov **, 2014 so it was never shipped.Desired Settlement: I also would like a apology.. Like I said I ordered this a month in advance for my daughter to wear to Disney world and never received it so I had to go buy another hoodie for her. I feel as if I deserve an apology for the [redacted] to not respond and resolve this issue like she said she would.

Review: My mother purchased items from this seller in May, for my daughters, to date we have not received our order. We have contacted the woman several times. In a [redacted] message in July she agreed to mail out these items. I contacted her on 8/** after several failed attempts of my mother getting a response from her. She said my mom was supposed to pick up the items. I forwarded the seller the agreement that she would ship these items out but haven't gotten any response. I have tried messaging her company page and her personal [redacted] page as well as email and commenting on her page to please check her messages as I have been trying to contact her. She has informed me she doesn't issue refunds so I have been asking her to just send the items as agreed. She has not responded. Some of the items ordered are summer clothes that will not even be able to be worn at this point. Although it appears her company is out of business it is not. She sells her items through [redacted] and a web page. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Ideally we would like a refund since these items were never even received, however if we can only get the items we ordered we would accept that.

Review: I have made quite a few purchases from this company from [redacted] and their website. The [redacted] assured me my orders were on the way numerous times! I've contacted her numerous times I can show you the [redacted] conversations and emails if needed. I also have the [redacted] order numbers that have not been refunded or delivered!!! It's insanity! It's about 100$ but I'm not the only one who has been cheated by this girl/company! She has since blocked me from her [redacted] page after I left a negative review! Please help me!!Desired Settlement: I either want the bathing suits, dresses, outfits and accessories shipped to me ASAP, or a FULL REFUND! For all paid orders where I didn't receive products!!!!! There was an order for 74$(and change I'll look up exact amounts when you contact me) and an order for $54.89, which I supposedly had credit for! I can emailAll our correspondence if necessary.
