As I stated in my initial response to Ms*** I asked her if she drove the jeep after it ran hot and she said yes Her children were in the car and she had to get homeShe also stated that her boyfriend replaced the water pump I have no idea why that was done or if this was done correctly However when she bought the jeep on January 21, it was in excellent condition All customers sign a buyers guide and a Non-Guaranteed Used Car form when buying their automobileThey also have an opportunity to take the automobile they are interested in to a mechanic of there choice before the purchase As I explained to Ms***, by phone and the last response, I would be happy to see what I could do for her, at our cost, to help her with the repair bill once she brought the jeep to me I will also entertain turning the advance payments she made toward these costs when the repairs are finished here in Greenville She will however have a payment of $that will come due on Feb.20th at 2: This will be taken from the money she paid in advance reducing that figure to $

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I want my 2,000$ advance payment returned to me and they can come pick up the jeep. The business is LYING about me running the jeep after it overheated. We have two vehicles. If I needed to get home, my husband could've picked me and the children up. I took the car IMMEDIATELY to the mechanic after the car had cooled down, AFTER the mechanic told me it was safe to drive the short distance I had to make it there. I want a refund for the advanced payment and I want to give the jeep back. I no longer want the vehicle.

As I stated in my initial response to Ms. [redacted].  I asked her if she drove the jeep after it ran hot and she said yes  Her children were in the car and she had to get home. She also stated that her boyfriend replaced the water pump.  I have no idea why that was done or if this was done correctly.   However when she bought the jeep on January 21, 2017 it was in excellent condition.  All customers sign a buyers guide and a Non-Guaranteed Used Car form when buying their automobile. They also have an opportunity to take the automobile they are interested in to a mechanic of there choice before the purchase.  As I  explained to Ms. [redacted], by phone and the last response, I would be happy to see what I could do for her, at our cost, to help her with the repair bill once she brought the jeep to me.  I will also entertain turning the advance payments she made toward these costs when the repairs are finished here in Greenville.  She will however have a payment of $359.15 that will come due on Feb.20th at 2:00.  This will be taken from the money she paid in advance reducing that figure to $ 1640.85.
