Review: Had full Metal roof installed. Was short end caps to complete job. Mr Brunk stated that as soon as the order came in he would be over to finish install. On 3/11/16 I paid him in full as he said he needed to pay his workers. He informed me a few days later when I called to check status that metal was in and would be installed that week. I have called numerous times and he always gives me a date to install and doesn't show up or call to reschedule. I call every other day with same result. This week I have called approx 4 times and now he doesn't answer or return my messages.Desired Settlement: 2 metal end caps to finish my roof.

To follow up that Mr.Brunk was a no show no call per the resolution that my roof be finished today. It is past 6pm and I have serious doubts that he will show this late. Review: They put the roof on but didn't come back and finished the rest of the work they promised to fix. In my back room the ceiling that falled down, and the other room is still not fixed either and like to have it finished before winter comes again. I still have some supplies left to finish the work, that I paid for.Desired Settlement: To finish the job they started that they didn't. I shouldn't have to put out more money to get the rest of it done on my house. I live on a fixed income.
