I'm writing to complain about InfoRetrieval.com for its unethical practice and behavior in gaining business and abusing customers. I first sent in my laptop driver for data recovery on April 1. Since then InfoRetrieval.com has been manipulating the situation to force me pay more. Most importantly, it wont even return my driver.
