Please be very careful in dealing with this businessI gave them a diamond ring which they took apart and made a new ring for me When I got the ring which was a day before leaving to come back to Canada Vicky told my friend and I that seven of the diamonds were fake and she would replace them for nothing when I came back in JanuaryShe also said six of the diamonds had not been put in and were still with the Goldsmith and she would send them to meWhen I got home I checked the appraisal I have for the original ring and found there were eight diamonds missing and not sixI phoned her and told her this and said my neighbours would be in to pick these up plus the seven diamonds replacing the seven fakeAfter several days of excuses she gave them to my neighbours and they took them to another jeweller to have them appraised and found that two of the diamonds were much less and one was chipped and the seven were only More phone calls and more excuses and she finally gave my neighbours more diamonds which they took back to the jeweller to have appraised and found out one was fake After more phone calls and more excuses we finally got all the diamondsAt one point she told me she did not have enough diamonds and would have to take some out of one of the rings in the showcaseI had also taken a sixty wedding anniversary ring in to have a diamond replaced when I first got to Lake Havasu City and never thought to have the ring checked by another jeweller When I got home I took the ring to the jeweller here to have it sized and the goldsmith said the diamond Vicky put in the ring was fakeI phoned the store and Vicky was not there but the clerk Diane wasI told her what I had just found out and all she did was laugh Needless to say this has been very stressful
