Dear customer,In the customers recent visit to our establishment, we did work based on his/herrequest which at the time was "Transmission Fluid Leak"In addition, before starting the repairwe had dropped the transmission pan and showed her personally the condition of the gaskets,fluid and filterCustomer was aware at the time of negotiating about the possibility that thisservice might not fix the issue because the main technician has spoken to him/her and thecustomer agreedThe job was done while they waited inside the main office, and the customercannot deny this factThe technician in charge of her vehicle changed the AIT filter, ServoCover, Manual Shaft Seal, two gaskets and fluidWe under no circumstances remove any partsfrom vehicles without the customer's authority; Therefore, the customers claim that we replacedthe battery is untrueWe are not responsible for the condition of the battery or any existing issuesbecause we did not do any work to the battery itselfThe job requested was done in its entirety sothe claim that nothing was done is falseAlso, I would like to bring to your attention thecustomer had arrived from another Auto Service Center and stated that they had told her that theonly resolution to her problem was a new transmission; Hence, D&B Transmission was in noway the first place she visited for an opinion.If you feel like you have any more questions please let us know
