DB Tuning

My dad contacted Db tuning to get an update and to add a two-step tune to my 2013 Scion FRS. I found Dallin through adds on *** and ***. I was told he was licensed and certified so I trusted what he was telling me to do to my car. So I was sent tunes through an email and I would downloaded them to my car then I would send data logs back to him but every time I sent a data log back he told me to push the car harder because from his opinion I wasn’t doing it right, wasn’t giving it enough throttle and didn’t reach the 8k RPM. So the for the first time I pushed my car like he told me to but In result it cause it to over rev past it’s limits and blow a rod baring. I then contacted Dallin right after it had happened and took my car to the shop. After talking to other tuners and the people who produce the tuning kit and having it looked at by a mechanic we found that over revving was the cause of the issue. After telling Dallin what I found he refused to give me his business license more then twice and he stopped replying to my messages regarding my vehicle.
