Cost Less Garage Doors came out to service my garage door opener and charged me $99.95 to turn a screw about a quarter of inch, when it didn't open again they said I needed to pay an additional charge of $66.95 to look at it. I asked a friend to look at it and he said the motor was completely shot and irreparable. If the original repairman had taken the time to look at it, he would have known that. When I have called to ask to resolve this issue by giving me a refund they simply hang up on me. They have since called back, but said they would not refund the fee, because they did come out. The fact that they did not resolve the problem was irrelevant. As a senior citizen on a limited income I count on my service representatives to have integrity and to be honest. This firm is lacking on both counts. I suggest no one use this service. If you know who I can contact to resolve this please contact me.
