I has been using this company for several years They provide excellent computer repair service, they are very knowledgeable on current and cutting-edge computer technology and software, and they have ordered and installed parts for me quickly and efficiently several times I am very satisfied with their service and business practice and will continue to use them for my computer needs I highly recommend this company

I think it's a shame what they charge patients per day for a TV My mother recently spent wks in hospital and my end bill was $for her TV It's not like patients are in hospital by choice I don't understand why they can't just charge a hofee and then charge a minimal daily rate It's one thing if you are only in for a few days, but in my mom's case, she ended up there for three weeks With the no refund policy, I was renting it for a few days at a time and then just kept extending the service as her discharge date kept getting movedI'm sure this cost more, but I had no idea when her discharge would be Or at least offer a refund People don't always know how long they may be in What a lot of money they are making from people, who unfortunately don't have a choice to be there I realize that TV is a option, but when you are bedridden and in hospital for a long stint, you need something to distract you I think of all the TV's that are in the hospital in each room and just shake my head at what they charge people And it's only basic cable, so not even great TV to watch

My father is yrs old and in hospitalHe is unable to use the phone and relies on me to rent his tv while in hospital
Hospital staff let me know his tv was not workingI called hospitality network to fix it, however they require me to be there to troubleshoot the problem over the phone before they will send someone to look at it
It is impossible for me to be there and I am sure that hospital staff do not have time to wait on hold for minutes and troubleshoot his tv!
Hospitality network charges huge fees for patient tv's over $per day
The least they can do for that price is send a service person to help a year old ailing person

Signed up for the TV service setup on April 27th at the *** Hospital
System did not work (nothing but blue screen)
Several calls to 1-866-223-with numerous promises to resolve and have on-site personel go to the room
days later TV has yet to work, no on-site personel have been to the room
Credit Card has been charged Charged

The worst company that I have dealt with in the last years
I think the stooges have been reborn and are back running this company
I dealt with them three times with no satisfaction
I left numerous phone messages and didnt receive a callback
I cant believe this company makes any money other than ripping people off
My wife was in the hospital last week and I signed up for their service.They managed to charge me for three days cable service but never turned the T V on
I called the company a few minutes ago and I might get a refund in business days
Do not ever deal with this company
I would rate them minus stars out of stars

My sister is in Vancouver General Hospital and is years of age, completely immobile due to a fall (broken elbow & fracture in the lower lumbar region) A friend made the connection on-line on her behalf She couldn't access the TV and after days with no TV a representative appeared and told us nobody comes to explain how to access the TV unless you pay cash or debit I contacted the company and they refuse to credit her account or extend the service She will be in hospital for a long time and with no mobility, TV would be a helpful distraction She is on a fixed income and the cost is outrageous The treatment I received lacked civility and sensitivity

The Hospitality network servces in hospital are absolutely terrible and expensive. Most of the tv stations are American rubbish - no TVO or BBC - no menu to tell you what progams are on. They are only interested in a renewal of your service and if you politely request they add other stations they hang up on you. The people answering the phones are obviously on commision and have no interest in taking suggestions for improvng the service. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to do anythng but watch this aweful TV when in hospital.
