Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] found fault with the seller not with me. The seller has also neglected to mention that they received their product back as it was undeliverable--confirming my claim that I had never received it. They still did not refund me for the product. I had first called the seller to ask about reshipping the product and they were rude, unhelpful, and had the worst customer service. [redacted] granted my claim--I have confirmation from [redacted] that my claim was granted on 01/9/2016, stating the seller is at fault (Claim #1 - Buyer Granted Claim). I have confirmation from [redacted] that granting a claim is siding with the buyer and finding the seller at fault. The seller called me after my claim was granted stating that they received back the product that had never made it to my address. The seller shipped to the wrong address, denied they shipped to the wrong address, refused to reship or refund, received their product back because it was undeliverable, and still refused to reimburse the funds they took for a product I never received. The removal of the review is not evidence of it being invalid. The review was removed only because it was made on the product's page and not on the seller's. I have had this confirmed from [redacted] as well, spoke with representatives Tammela and Hailey and confirmed by supervisor Alicia. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
