At DBS Building Solutions we pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality cleaning services as well as a high level of customer service However, we are not perfect and there are rare occasions when we make mistakes, which is apparently the case in this instance The
subcontractor who was cleaning *** *** was unable to continue servicing the account, but did not notify my staff, so we were not made aware of the situation until we were contacted by the customer regarding the days that were missed At that point the customer decided to cancel their contract with DBS, and although they had already been billed for October's services, they had not yet paid for October's services, therefore we have issued them a credit (attached) for the cleanings that were already billed but not performed in October The final cleaning performed at this facility was on 10/6/
