To whom it may concern, At this point, the customers response is not satisfactory to us, either. We have a meeting scheduled for this Sunday morning with this customer to see if any of their concerns fall under the "warranty" part of their sprinkler system

We have been in contact, both by email and by phone, with this customer. We have a scheduled meeting on 9-13-15 to see if we can reach some sort of an agreement as to what the customer considers to be wrong with his sprinkler system. Numerous complaints have been made by this customer over the past two years, and each complaint had been responded to. Upon inspection by my company of each one of those complaints, no issues have ever been detected in regards to the functionality of his sprinkler system. This sprinkler system passed the [redacted] [redacted] process and a passing permit was granted. If there was anything wrong with the system, it would have been detected by the city inspector and would never have passed the inspection process. Thank you.
