I am rejecting this response because:The certificate was not emailed timesWhy not
submit copies of the SENT emails to prove that the certificate was sent five times? The statement is and inaccurate. Guess what? I have copies of all the emails I sent to the company requesting the certificate on specific dates numerous timesThey were all ignored. I will gladly show the emails publicly.The Bankruptcy Court regulators have already contacted me to provide this verificationI had to hire another company wasting my time and money

Review: It is unfortunate that I have to submit this formal complaint against a bankruptcy education provider for the personal financial management instructional course. However, I have been forced to do so because DBSM, Inc. defrauded my person. I believe DBSM, INC. needs to be investigated and audited by the U.S. Department of Justice regarding their business practices. In the very least, their license to be approved as a personal financial management instruction course provider should be revoked. I have been a victim of the companys false and misleading business practices and swindled for money. This matter is very disconcerting to me as I have been taken for money and mislead to believe I would receive an important bankruptcy certificate need for my bankruptcy filing. On December 17, 2014 I engaged in a transaction with MyBkNow.com the website owned and operated by the non-profit DBSM, Inc. I paid for a required 2nd test required by the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court using a credit card. I put forth a tremendous time to take the companys online exam. I completed the online exam the same day and received a confirmation email from the company that I would be receiving my 2nd bankruptcy personal financial management course certificate. As of today, December 23, 2014, I never received the 2nd required certificate. I subsequently sent emails to DBSM, Inc. on December 18, December 19, December 20, and December 22 asking to issue my certificate or issue a refund. It is very upsetting as a consumer to be defrauded for time and money. DBSM, Inc. is accepting payments from and unsuspecting public with the intent to take their money and not provide a certificate pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. 111. This bankruptcy certificate is very important as I put faith and trust in this company to issue me my certificate for my pending bankruptcy. I need to complete my bankruptcy and without that certificate my bankruptcy now can possibly be dismissed. The very fact that DBSM, Inc. ignored all my emails and refused to issue the certificate has caused me great damage.Desired Settlement: I would like my bankruptcy certificate issued. I rightfully paid for the certificate. I took all the required exams. I still have not received anything.
