Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Below is the response I received from Tough Mudder[redacted] Here is my response back."I take exception to your email in regards to saying "I do not wish to transfer"You're incorrectly assuming I have the ability, both time and money, to be able to travel to an event either this year or next year, and just would like a refund in generalWhile it is a "bummer" it was cancelled, the service I signed up for was not provided to me and the options you have presented offer me no consolationIt is terribly greedy for Tough Mudder's only options in this situation to require me to spend more time and money not only to travel to the event but also to trainI simply just can't afford to do this over againWhether it is in the terms and conditions or not, the right thing to do here is to issue a refund.I realize that after attempting to contact TM for over a month with no response, I received a response the same day (today) I wrote a complaint to the Revdex.comA customer should not have to go to such lengths to get the attention from a businessI will not be retracting my complaint with the Revdex.comLastly, in every correspondence I sent I asked that a phone number be sent to me in order to contact a person in regards to this issueYou failed to meet this requestPlease do not respond to me again unless you are ready to discuss issuing a refund or are will to provide a phone number." We are sorry that [redacted] feels this wayWhile we wish we could accommodate **'s request, we have stated in our previous email this is against our policy that was agreed to during registration which states:I hereby understand and acknowledge that all fees and associated costs (including optional product purchases, spectator tickets, and donations), paid in registration for this Tough Mudder event are NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON, under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellationI also understand that active duty or deployed military participants may be entitled to a refund on a case-by-case basis upon providing sufficient, official documentation regarding the deployment that conflicts with participating in the event.Despite our best efforts the customer will not accept thisTough Mudder has provided every accommodation possible given our policies

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Tough Mudder did contact me via email today (1016) The support staff advised that my volunteer codes should be working and provided links to redeem them I clicked the link, followed the instructions from Luke and it did not work The registration process attempted to charge me $for a race entry fee when it should be free I responded back to Luke'e email at [redacted] and explained the outcome I requested that he attempt manually register my two sons for the race I am awaiting his response.WHY cant someone from Tough Mudder treat me like a valued customer/volunteer and take freaking minutes to call me to resolve this issue??? This refund request has been escalated to EOS claims who will be handling this issue moving forward
