Review: This company is a private tutoring services provider located in [redacted] area of Washington DC. However, their services are horrible and the result turned out to be extremely disappointing and a waste of money.I had classes with the company owner, [redacted], who is inexperienced, unorganized, disrespectful and very unprofessional. Scheduling with her was extremely frustrating- she proposed changes of time, or office location, sometimes even on the same day of class.The fact that it's a privately-owned small business, the owner gave me the feeling that she cares more about money than her students. If you ever want to reschedule a class, that's very difficult too and can only happen within a short period of time. She has no trust in her students and threatened me in email to handle the payment issue via collections agency when I wanted to reschedule a class.In general, I think her services are extremely overpriced. She made quite a few fundamental mistakes and showed ignorance during our class interaction, making me believe that she was not knowledgeable enough to offer classes.Desired Settlement: I want full refund including $110 language accessment fee. Since I already received $362.05 because the rest two classes were cancelled, I'm submitting the disputed amount as $1850-$362.05=$1562.95
