Review: March 10, 2014 DC Appliance Mr. [redacted] sent a service technician to my home to make repairs to my LG Refrigerator. [redacted] was the technician. I paid $60.00 for the service call paid with a check [redacted]. March 12, 2014 [redacted] call and said the problem with my refrigerator it need a control board and ice reactor duct assembler. I gave [redacted] $350.00 cash. He said the parts would be in approximately 5 weeks. [redacted].April 11, 2014 [redacted] came with one of the parts to make repairs but it was not the correct part. [redacted] told me he would be back when the other part come in to see if that work. I have been calling Mr. [redacted] the owner since April 21 to May 27, 2014 and left several message and none of my call were returns.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and other to be warned regarding the unprofessional. I want $410.00
