DC Asphalt Services (here in after referred to as DCAS) performed the original job with highly-skilled professionalism After the owner expressed his discontent, DCAS went above and beyond any reasonable measure that no contractor would match DCAS went back three (3) times and redid the area in question Each time as the owner outlined exactly what he wanted from our crew After each attempt to satisfy him on his conditions, he changed his story and was not satisfied On the 2nd and 3rd go around, DCAS did a complete asphalt re-construction of the area he did not like In addition, to the asphalt re-construction – DCAS also seal coated two (2) coats of [redacted] on the entire project – free of charge! Plus, as a vote of total confidence in our work we gave the owner a two (2) year warranty on the work As a result of all of these measures DCAS went through to satisfy the customer – the agreement was for him to not lodge the complaint, but he never kept his word and “here we are.” I invite anyone to find another contractor willing to stand by their work as proudly as we do We live by doing what is right and it infuriates us when we are taken advantage of us In addition, we have been in business over ten (10) years and between the two owners we have a combined experience of almost years in the asphalt and concrete industry on both sides of the shovel and pen!
