I recently had my third experience working with Matt and DC BuildersIn the past, he replaced a sliding door and added steps to my deck, and remodeled my main bathroomThis time around, I was looking to update and expand a half bathroom into a full bathroomThis involved taking away some space from an adjoining bedroom and a complete reconfigure of the bathroom in regards to where all plumbing was locatedAs usual, I was very pleased with the workMatt coordinated all the electrical and plumbing work in addition to all the work he didHe kept me updated daily with progress, scheduling, and any suggestionsAll work is top of the line, with the finished product being more than I imagined possibleWe love our new bathroom! Which is weird to say about a bathroomBut the room is beautiful and functional! Matt gave a very reasonable financial and time estimateThe work was completed when expected, which is very important to meDo not hesitate to use Matt and DC Builders for any home project you may haveI will definitely be calling again for future remodeling work

We had a truly positive experience with DC Builders and a kitchen remodel that they completed for us I showed Matt some pictures from a magazine and left the rest to him as we left for a cruise The finished kitchen was even more beautiful than my expectations Matt coordinated with the plumber, electrician and painter to have the kitchen finished when we returned home I found Matt to be a true professional and his design style outstanding

I've been working with Matt at DC Builders since he began operations in He was working with another company and had built a deck after my previous builder failed to meet code Since then DC Builders has put on an addition to the back of my home in 2009, remodeled the remainder of my main floor to match the addition in 2011, and then remodeled my lower level in to match the remainder of our home I have never considered having another builder since the deck was built You might find a builder that charges less but I've never been disappointed and know I'm in good hands with this established, competent and professional builder

Matt [redacted] and his DC Builder's crew have done several home projects for me since 2011, including: new shingles, steel siding, windows, porch, privacy fence and numerous other updates required to modernize a 30-year-old home. The craftsmanship on all projects has been outstanding! DC Builders was affordable, timely and friendly - a truly professional experience. One of the characteristics that sets DC Builders apart from other builders is that Matt identifies and offers options as the project evolves. In fact, he made suggestions that delivered quality and actually lowered anticipated costs. I continue to receive compliments about the appearance of the house. I agree that it looks terrific! Additionally, the exactness of the steel siding has drawn recognition from other builders who profess that installing heavy-grade steel siding requires much skill. I'm extremely satisfied with all of the work completed by DC Builders and highly recommend Matt and his crew.
