[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the issues have yet to be resolvedI have been in contact with MrN [redacted] via email and telephoneHe requested I return to the office to discuss my concerns but I have not been able to make my way there yetHonestly, taking more time out of my day(s) to visit his business is not a priorityI am - as I have been - available via email and telephoneMrN [redacted] has stated he will cut a check for the toll violations as he is unable to trace the tickets, but I have already requested a court date with the StateThe tickets were $each, they have passed the initial notification and a fee of $has been assessed per ticketRight now, the total due to the state is $ MrN [redacted] has also offered to reimburse me the $that was deducted from my deposit for the "late" return and "low gas".We are still awaiting resolutionAs far as the condition of the vehicle and my rental period, no other vehicle was ever offered to meNo I did not return the same day for the tire repair as I had to work (which is why I needed a car so desperately), but it was the responsibility of the company to rent cars in good conditionHow it now comes back onto me, the customer, is baffling and also a testament of how he views business responsibilitiesI extended my rental period in the same vehicle as I had no other choice - that is quite apparentWhen I returned after my initial rental period, I requested another vehicle (I was still paying the higher rate) but was advised nothing else had become availableMrN [redacted] and his staff have tried to take advantage of customers like myselfHe offers a car rental service in which one can rent without a credit check, and one can also rent with cashThese terms are far more relaxed than the bigger car rental companies and very helpful to those of us that have had credit issues in the pastHowever, just because we may be in unfortunate circumstances, does not give him or his company the right to mistreat it's clientsHow many other unsatisfied customers are there that have simply accepted the poorly maintained vehicles, half explanations, and deceit? We received your letter dated February 25, 2015 regarding a complaint against our company by one of our customers. Complaint ID No. [redacted].
The customer called to rent a car and we had less expensive car available and...

the customer did not come immediately. The customer came the next day when we had rented out the less expensive car. We are a small company that we are not financially strong at this time to able to have many cars. When she arrived we informed her and she decided to rent the car that was more expensive.When she went home she called us and informed us that she heard the car shaking. We asked her to bring back the car immediately and have a different car but she did not come. She came back the following day in the afternoon. We noted that the tire had a problem. We found out from her if she was going to wait because we did not have another car to give her. She said she was going to wait. We then went and got a new tire and brought the car back to her in our office.
She drove the car for one week then came back and renewed the contract for another five days. Our cars are well maintained and if any problem comes to our attention we take it seriously and serviced them. All those complaints she stated are not true. We believed that if the car was not drive smoothly as she stated she should have not extended the contract for another five days.
We usually transferred the liability of video tickets/tolls to customers who violate the driving law in Maryland. Regarding this customer, we are still investigating her case but we had invited her to come to our office and we settle the matter. If it means refunding the money she paid for the tolls because we believed that our customers are our asset. Before we received your letter we had received an e-mail from her stating her grievances. We responded to her e-mail and invited her to come to our office for us to resolve the matter. She did not respond and called her and she agreed that she was going to find time and come to the office for us to resolve the matter amicably so that she should be happy. We want to work with this customer to resolve her concern. Please find the e-mail correspondences between us and the customer attached. Thanks you for contacting us regarding this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: the issues have yet to be resolved. I have been in contact with Mr. N[redacted] via email and telephone. He requested I return to the office to discuss my concerns but I have not been able to make my way there yet. Honestly, taking more time out of my day(s) to visit his business is not a priority. I am - as I have been - available via email and telephone.
Mr. N[redacted] has stated he will cut a check for the toll violations as he is unable to trace the tickets, but I have already requested a court date with the State. The tickets were $6 each, they have passed the initial notification and a fee of $50 has been assessed per ticket. Right now, the total due to the state is $112.  Mr. N[redacted] has also offered to reimburse me the $20 that was deducted from my deposit for the "late" return and "low gas".We are still awaiting resolution.
