Hello This Is D@C Classic Custom LLC, [redacted] Chevy S10 (white) with a 2.2L 4 cylinder Vin # [redacted] When they brought it in the A/C was not working in the truck... They wanted us to remove the 2.2L 4 cylinder...
engine that was in there and replace it with a 350 5.3L . engine an extra motor and transmission here at the shop and the husband asked if we could put that one in his truck.... Its usually more but I thought I was helping them when I lowered the prices for them and only Charged them $1500.00 to do it....... The Brackets That was in the truck would not work for the 350 5.3L engine going in the truck so we had to order the brackets and parts for the motor and Informed them what was going on and they was fine with it...... well when the brackets come in they sent us the wrong brackets and we showed them that they was the wrong ones so we had to send them back and get the right ones for that truck and that took more time that's not in my control that they was fine with.... then when we get them back and start putting it back together they want us to fix everything that is wrong with the truck...... the Mufflers we sent to Adams to have them put the new ones on the gauges in the truck did not work to begin with so we wires more gauges up that did work and then they wanted us to pay for the A/C to be fixed and us to pay for other things to be fixed on the truck and I told them I will be happy to help you fix your truck but I'm not paying for everything to be fixed..... they gave us $1500.00 and 1365.05 went just on parts to fix the truck leaving 134.95 just for Labor

I am rejecting this response because:they are not telling the truth he talked us into getting that motor because he said it would cost more to order a motor . I called him and spoke with him about the motor he was installing he ashured me that everything would interchange. He also told me that it would be ready to drive and that the out the door price was 1500 . All gauges and a/c did work when it was brought to him. He said that it would not interchange after he got motor in it I had to go buy gauges that he installed that still does not work and I also have receipt where he owes me the a/c to work as soon as he finds part this man is being very dishonest . None of motor mounts where secure they needed tightened the muffler fell off both headers only had one bolt holding exhausted to them. The cooling fans that was installed where installed to far from radiator causing truck to overheat. The distributed was not tightned down which caused the truck to loose time. They said the truck was suppose to be driving lightly for 500 miles and they where burning the tires off it before it was ever fixed correctly. They cut fuel Lines to get tank out and split lines so when gas was put in truck gas leaked out everywhere.power steering was leaking they run the battery down in it took our battery out and stuck in one that didn't work tie wrapped gauges in that we bought that still doesn't work. He put an old used inline fuel pump that shuts off when gets hot and they did not even tighten hood down where they took it off. He told us everything would work on truck if I went with that motor he took full advantage of us I needed a ride and he made promises and guarantees that was not done.
