Review: I have had a subscription with DC Comics for several years and have never had a problem until recently. I subscribe to "He-Man: The Eternity War," and although my subscription is paid, I have not received the majority of the issues in the last six months, starting with issue #7 and including every single issue since except #10.
I contacted DC Comics about this matter in late September 2015 and was assured that they would contact me regarding the issue, which they never did. In the last two weeks, I have made several attempts to contact the company, both by email and by the web form on DC's website, and DC has made no reply to me whatsoever. This is a completely unacceptable lack of customer service.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive all the issues that I have already paid for.
