I tried using the DC Cruise website this afternoon to register a *** my husband and I purchased on August 5th under his email (***@***.com) for a CruiseHowever, the site on the link:

and it does not workThe site is telling me that our voucher has already been used
The confirmation email of our *** purchase instructs users to redeem the voucher with the following language:
Enter the redemption code found in the middle of your *** into the 'Enter Voucher' field at checkout
However, there is no redemption code identified, and the only code in that email is the order number (***)
I sent an email to the company last week, and never heard a replyI tried to complain via ***, but the offer is now closedWe were seeking to board the Happy Hour Cruise, SatAug@ 6:pm, but th
We were at the dock at 9pm as instructed and the boat showed up a little after 9:15pm which is completely understandable and we had no issue Once the prior guest cleared the boat, we boarded the boat and walked into a muggy, hot interior where our tables were reserved for our party All of the guests were complaining about how hot it was and if they could please turn on the AC One of the workers stated that it would take some time for it to cool down since it was just turned on which sounded strange since you would think the AC would have been turned on since there was a cruise right before ours We patiently waited for the boat to cool down for about minutes, but still no change
At this point it's about 9:50pm, the interior is hot and muggy, guests are sweating and most guests are crowded outside the back of the boat under the awning to stay dry from the rain, but to escape the hot room The DJ has not set up yet because it took a long time for him to attempt to set up
