Review: Empire cab #[redacted] picked us up in Washington, on * street, at approximately 945 pm on 10/4/2013. He took us to the [redacted] Residence on [redacted] in Arlington. We wanted to drop two (of the four people ) at the hotel and continue on to drop the remaining two about three blocks further. Once at the hotel, he refused to continue and got out of the cab to eject the other people, informing them that they ' could walk that three blocks'.
This man was rude, did not fulfill his contract and has left a black mark on the Empire cab company. I do not know his problem. He took this action unilaterally and was completely unprovoked. The cab company owes me $25 and this man needs to be either trained or terminated. He does not positively represent this city, nor his company.Desired Settlement: Apology email
