Let me first start of by saying that we are very concerned that we have an unhappy customer. I am personally insuring that we address their complaint and hope to resolve this in a timely manner. 
All of our seasonal snow plowing contracts specifically state that plowing is to commence within a reasonable time after a minimum of 2 inches fall. We have made comments on some contracts with a time but this cannot be guaranteed due to the timing of the snow accumulations and the drivers route. We try to  accommodate to the times but this winter has been extremely severe with excessive snow accumulations and hazardous driving conditions. We apologize that we have had a hard time making the noted times.
I am very concerned how the customer was spoken to angrily and I apologize. I will speak with our drivers regarding this and show then the picture attached of the plowed driveway, so this does not happen again.

Attached is the contract for plowing for this complaint. The last page is a picture I took after they plowed yesterday finally after 1:00 p.m. They aren’t even plowing about 1/3 of the driveway.
