For months Riverbend has left unfinished business in our backyard and fraudulently claimed to have passed *** final city inspections for our project
Riverbend Sandler Pools informed us that all of the city permits for our pool and outdoor kitchen had passed *** inspection, however, the city records indicate some final permits for the outdoor kitchen have not been approvedThere are also several remaining service items that need to be fulfilled or repaired for the completion of our project
We have reached out to customer contact, *** ***, on several occasions and have yet to hear back from herCommunication and follow-through have been ongoing issues with this company since the signing of our contract and our frustrations have escalated since they said they "completed" the job

Dishwasher under the outdoor kitchen counter not secured
Foundation drip-line does not work on the garage side of the house
Riverbend Sandler refuses responsibility for corrosion of our pool heater caused by their failure to install a check valve during pool construction
A swimming pool service technician we consulted this week informed us that the cause of the corrosion of the heat exchanger and burner trays inside our pool heater over time has been caused by a missing check valveA non-corrosive check valve should have been installed by Riverbend Sandler when they built our pool to keep concentrated chlorine from back flowing into the system from the salt chlorine generator when the pool pump is not runningMy wife and I were unaware of the need for a check valveI called Riverbend Sandler and a service technician insisted that no check valve was needed because we have a salt poolHowever, talking to other pool experts and doing research on this subject has convinced us that Riverbend Sandler failed to build our pool correctly by not installing the needed check valve, and the missing check valve cau
