Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My vehicle is not scheduled to go to Land Rover until December 16th, to have the SD Card installed and programmed so that is not complete yet and the front passenger side door clip is not fixed yetWhen those are completed, I will be satisfied and will report it as completed

Dear Revdex.com, This Land Rover LRwas sold as is and negotiated due to the service that [redacted] found , we also found lots of repairs and service on [redacted] ***s Ford truck that he traded but are not asking for anything We are sorry for the delay in our response , [redacted] we are willing to give you a full repair credit on your next car or truck, in the future please reach out to us before performing any service so we could help keep the cost low thank you for your business we appreciate it , D&C Motors Nick L [redacted] General Manager

Dear Revdex.com, D&C did everything we could to get [redacted] the best rate we are happy he could acquire a better rate at the time we could not find him a better rate , [redacted] accepted the wellsfargo financing and signed the documents D&C offered him the best rate and financing available at the time How ever in good will D&C will cover his fees Thank you Owner , Daniel C [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:THE VENDOR fails to acknowledge that the sales person indicated that the two wireless headphones, storage bags and remote had been located and would be with the vehicle Due to the vendors lack failure to honor the statements of his salesperson, I an hesitant to trust his words with reference to the return of the sales tak and the vehicle title.does the vendor mean in his response to the complaint that [redacted] will be sending me the title and a check for the sales tax or MEARLY that he is out of the picture and that I am on my own with reference to obtain the sales tax check and title from [redacted] If the latter, and as the sales organization he should assist in the follow through with his lender of choiceSincerely, [redacted]

We have taken care of *** The vehicle is at Land Rover and we are taking care of the promised work for herShe is happy and satisfied with the work that were have done for herVehicle will be delivered back to her within the week

I am rejecting this response until, D&C follows through with what we agreed on Saturday 11/25/17. 1) D&C will order a passenger side front door clip, have it painted to match and have it installed.2) D&C will order a SD Card from Land Rover, have it installed by Land Rover and have it Programmed by Land Rover. When these things are complete, I will happily consider this complaint settled.Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The fact that they are willing to pay the deductible is appreciated. However when the funds were received for the "extended warranty" and put into place I was not contacted. I had to call 2 days in a row, and was told that it was activated a day after the fact. Communication within the dealership should be improved upon for their future customers. However this situation is a resolved as it's going to get. My main issue aside from the vehicle being broken down, was the lack of communication.

Customer hand originally declined and extended warranty. when issues arose with the vehicle they decided to purchase a extended warranty. Customer was to send funds to pay for it and customer was told when funds were received the warranty would be submitted, which is exactly what happened. We...

received the funds 2-9-2018, warranty was submitted the same day. We have agreed to pay the customers 250.00 deductible for the inconvenience. Issue is resolved with Miss [redacted]

I would like to know what kind of repair credit they are talking about.  Also I would like to know the problems they found with the truck since I just had it into the shop with no problems found. Also I would like proof a true safety inspection was due because the brakes and rotors would have been caught during that time.

Dear sir,As [redacted] is your lien holder of your vehicle loan you will need to contact them in regards to the Sales Tax & Title. A title is not given to a customer in general until the loan is paid off to the lender. Certain states require sales tax on a vehicle purchase. Again, you will need to contact your lender [redacted].

Dear Sir,We will not be issuing you a refund.In all the texts back and forth no one ever said or mentioned anything about the remotes or wireless headsets. They were not mentioned in our ad either. We have no idea where these remotes & headsets were to be supplied is coming from.1. Tax goes...

Title will also be sent to the bank [redacted]Once you've purchased the vehicle, signed the "As Is" policy, and driven off our lot the car is your responsibility in regards to any mechanical issues that may arise. As stated in the texts the vehicle went through 2 inspections and no issues were found. Thank you,Heather
