The house estimate was correct and not lowballed. Its the storage unit that he didn't show me till load day, was in fact not 250 lbs as he stated was more like 1600 lbs. It informed him at loading and he understood he had a lot more than he thought so thats why the bill of lading said scale...
shipment in Edmonton. He signed for it. He was provided copies of the scale tickets at delivery. He knew he underestimated his goods on loading day because I told him. If he would of showed me the storage unit ahead of time I would of told him ahead of time of his weight increase. [redacted] I work on honesty and the bill of lading is correct and we provided him with the scale tickets showing his exact weight.
