Review: On June * Mr. [redacted], an employee of DC Paving, was working on our neighbors driveway and proposed to install sealer on our driveway. We agreed and he used 3 buckets of sealer at the center part of the driveway. He said that the sides had to be done with a brush and he would come back to finish the work the following Tuesday. We paid him in cash per his urgent request and he was going to his truck to his truck to give us a receipt. He got into his truck and just drove away. He left all the empty buckets, lids, brush lying around. We called his office and Mr. [redacted] promised to come back and finish the job, but he never did. Those asphalt sealer buckets are toxic and we do not know where to discard them. Besides doing a lousy job this person is totally unreliable and his employer should make sure that he behaves more respectable in the future. Also we require that the job gets completed.Desired Settlement: Complete the driveway sealer installation and remove all equipment used / clean up afterwards.

Review: On 08/**/2013 D.C Paving in Kingston resurfaced part of my driveway with asphalt under signed contract as I requested. However, a small section was missed and they stated they would come back to fix it but never did. In addition, by February 2014, the driveway surface started turning to gravel plus 4 holes developed and on the signed contract it states "All work under guarantee for one year. If holes develop, D.C Paving will fix free of charge." I called over 10 ten times (documented on phone bill) and left messages but I never got a call back. One time I did talk to the sales person and they said they would come to check it out and resurface it if needed but after waiting all day, no one came. I even printed out a complaint and a copy of the contract and taped it to their door but received no call back.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement I am requesting is that D.C Paving fix the holes that have developed, fix the small missing section, and if necessary in their professional opinion resurface the part they did to stop the asphalt from turning to black gravel like is happening.
