I have been looking for an electric scooter for the past year to take with us while traveling in our RV I reached out to Kelly prior to our visit to Victoria to discuss his electric scooter options This being my first electric scooter purchase, I had many questions, all of which Kelly answered very thoroughly and professionally I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of electric scooters and also how he was continually applying new leading edge technologies (i.eBluetooth controllers, IOS apps, Lithium batteries) to help expand the range and power of his electric scooters After a test ride and further discussions, I purchased a Duke with a Bluetooth controller and 62V Lithium battery Kelly's pre and post sale support has been stellar Over the past several weeks, we have rode over 720km in and around Victoria I've been able to get an impressive 60-80km range; which more than met my expectations If you are in the market for an electric bicycle or scooter, you must talk with Kelly He even ships his product internationally to the US! Overall good experience. I was in the middle of purchasing a new gas scooter when I though I had a mechcanical problem and thought I wouldn't be able to afford to fix and still but the new bike. [redacted] offered to help me to get it fix so I could sell to my protenical buyer for my old scooter. [redacted] was willing to go the extra mile to help me with my sale of my bike so I would have peace of mind that I did sell a definitive product.
Kelly and Kgeez cycle helped me get thru a difficult purchase. We purchased a brand of scooter Kgeez does not sell, but we wanted that specific brand. It had problems and Kelly continued to help and work with the vendor to get parts replaced and shipped out for free and offered free and continued advice. With any new bike there are growing pains, I felt we had more than our fair share. Kelly communicated and kept on top of the issues until they were all resolved.
I have no problem recommending Kgeez to anyone, Kelly provides first class service to his clients to the point where he ensures they are happy and satisfied.
Highly recommended and I will be buying my next scooter from Kelly should I need one without thinking twice.

I purchased an electric scooter in December of 2015 from Kgeez Cycle. The customer service was really good, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The scooter was awesome. It saved me over $600 in gas bills for the first 6 months. I upgraded the scooter to Lithium 72 volt and then gave it to my granddaughter.
I then purchased a Tag 500, 72 volt scooter. I am almost at loss for words. It is absolutely beautiful to look at and a pleasure to ride.
Kelly at Kgeez was approachable, no pressure, really good customer service. The bonus is, if you have any problem with your scooter, Kelly will fix it or tell you how to do it yourself. I highly recommend Kgeez Cycle.
